PROJECTS > Residential > Aurora Residences

Continuing the success of mixed development of Aurora Place in Bukit Jalil City, the developer, Hop Hup Construction, has unveiled the residential component of the development, the Aurora Residences on Parcel D.  This serviced residence will be positioned on the northern parcel of the development, bordering with the upmarket regional mall of Pavilion Bukit Jalil and the green lawn of Bukit Jalil Recreational Park.

Complementing the Aurora Place located on its western side, the two-tower blocks will be linked to the former via a linking bridge for greater accessibility to the commercial area. Both 51 and 52 storey tower blocks will soar above the eight-storey podium of car park, with the lifestyle facilities and vibrant landscaping such as an infinity pool, playground and outdoor garden are located on the top podium floor at Level 9.

To be available in four different layout designs, all units will be facilitated with the dual-key feature, except for the smallest unit type. Duplex units will also be offered on the highest floor, offering a daily perk view of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline and the surrounding greenery.

Designed with nature and urbanity as its theme, the green element is further introduced in the vertical pocket garden, ideally located on six different floors of the tower blocks, creating a greener environment, while enhancing the streamlined, sophisticated look of the tower façade. A grand porte cochère at the main entrance ushers the residents into a unique experience of the urban-nature lifestyle of Aurora Residences.
