A new integrated hub of commerce, trade, residences and transportation located in the northern side of Kuala Lumpur city, the KL Metropolis, currently boasts the largest exhibition and convention centre in Malaysia, MITEC. Other than MICE facilities, this 75.5 acres of development will also comprise service residences, office towers, podium retail, lifestyle mall, wellness suite and hotels.

To be located on the 7D parcel, bordered by the Kuala Lumpur Courts Complex to the east and MITI office building to the west, the proposed two blocks of hotel towers are an integral component of the development, caters primarily to the visitors of MITEC and other business visitors.

The two identical towers will be soaring above the 6-storey podium, where the lobby and other common facilities are located, including the restaurants, office lounge, function and meeting rooms, ballrooms and wellness/spa centre.  The slightly taller Tower 2 will host the four-star hotel, while the five-star hotel will occupy in Tower 1.

With a combined total 1,000 rooms of both hotels, the hotel tower blocks will portray a sleek corporate look with fully glazed glass walls. The slender form, nevertheless, will be expanded with the horizontal elements of shading devices on every floor. The tower verticality is further heightened by a series of brown clad structural steel. Over the top floor of the podium, a pool deck with an infinity pool offers a breathtaking view of the city, where an open bar and dining, with gym facilities, are located.
