PROJECTS > Residential > Millennium Hill

Active and creative measures are vital in addressing various housing and property issues in the country. In creating the best value home that is not only affordable but also can provide larger occupants. This is where the co-living and multi-generation living concepts are coined, where more occupants can be accommodated, without compromising the privacy, quality, security and facilities for the residents.

These are the main design ethos and principles behind the Millennium Hill located in Taman Juara Jaya in Seri Kembangan, near the borderline of Selangor – Kuala Lumpur. It is envisaged as the best value home that can be benefitted as for rental or short-term accommodation due to the availability of separate unit entrances.

Comprising two apartment blocks and a row of linked villas, the 36-storey apartment tower blocks are facing towards the expansive facilities floor and outdoor garden that are connected to the link villas. The apartment and linked villa units are designed with a dual key concept in mind to provide flexibility for co-living or multigenerational living arrangement. Apart from a private entrance and direct access to the common amenities, the more exclusive linked villas feature larger floor area, private and sunken gardens as well as other special facilities.

As the site is located on a sloping area, the site circulation has been carefully planned with two ingress and egress points of different elevation. The design proposal has been developed with modern and urban living, thus exudes the contemporary outlook for both apartment and linked villas. An elevated and see-through clubhouse overlooks the infinity pool in the middle of the facilities floor.
