Modern townships are in demand in the burgeoning town of Ayer Keroh, an industrial, educational, and administrative hub for the state of Melaka. Although located in the Durian Tunggal area, the site is a stone’s away from the bustling commercial centre of Ayer Keroh, along with easier connection via the four lanes road of Lebuh SPA.

The 20.4-acre site has been cleared and planned as a gated and guarded housing estate for quite some years. It was initially planned as a modern neighbourhood with detached houses and essential communal facilities. This is exemplified by three abandoned bungalow units on-site, that were intended as show units for prospective buyers.

The new proposal presented a viable and up-to-date design, tailored to the current property conditions, to achieve its full potential and increase its market value. As such, the bungalows are of tropical contemporary designs, with deep overhangs and large roofing panels, added with generous openings and windows.

The new salient design feature is a modern clubhouse building located near the main entrance and an open field. The two-storey structure accommodates a swimming pool, gymnasium, game room, and event space. The event space is planned with a future potential expansion, by cordoning off the adjacent access road, further integrated with the wide green area of the open field.
