The ERA is a mixed-used commercial development situated along Jalan Segambut on the northern side of Kuala Lumpur city. Sited on a former factory land, it was developed by JKG Land to rejuvenate the existing industrial neighbourhood. Bordered by the Keroh River to the south, the site is easily accessible via major network roads. A link bridge has also been planned, with direct access to the adjacent Jalan Dutamas area.

Collaborated with Hongkong-based Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man Architects & Engineers, the development consists of serviced apartments, retail outlets and lifestyle offices, that includes six tower blocks of serviced apartments; ranging from 53 to 63 storeys with seven levels of the podium carpark. Soaring above the podium, the modern, sleek looking towers are placed and clustered together, with skybridge in the middle floors linking each block.

Designed to be more than just a modern lifestyle hub, The ERA will be exclusively provided with a five-acre central lush sanctuary planted with tropical wetland trees, equipped with recreational facilities and outdoor lounges. Set on the vast podium level, it creates an urban oasis amidst the Segambut’s light industrial area.

The towering blocks proffer an unobstructed view of the city skyline from the residences unit and sky lounge on the rooftop floor. At the commercial section in the lower floors, the retail street area has been designed with a pedestrian boulevard, furnished with lush landscape and vibrant streetscape to welcome the retailers and commercial patrons.
