The Orchards is the latest development addition to the 1,200 acres of The Legends Golf & Country Club, an all-inclusive golf course with a country club and resort facilities. The Legends is well-known for its golf course designed by the gold legends of Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. On top of its world-class golf course, the resort also boasts a superb equestrian centre, as well as a complete range of sporting, leisure, entertainment and resort facilities.

Located in the south and southwestern parcels of the development, The Orchards bungalows are easily accessible via a proposed network of local roads. The bungalows parcels are also within reach of the clubhouse building and the spa facility, resort villas, and golf course at large.

Reminisced of the early modernist movement in Western countries, the single-storey type 1A and 2A features a swath flat roof, imbued with the tropical design of extended roofing and large openings through full-height glass walls and sliding doors. Meanwhile, the prevailing tropical double pitch roof is the salient element for the type 1B and 2B single-storey bungalows.

The typical open floor plan accommodates living, dining and kitchen areas, with a generous car porch area and a wide perimeter outdoor terrace.
