PROJECTS > Masterplan > Safari Vung Tau MasterPlan

Featuring the best of ecotourism attractions and adventurous activities, the Safari Vung Tau is envisioned to become a major destination of Ho Tram in the southeastern region of Vietnam. Located about 243 kilometres from the largest city of Vietnam, the Ho Chi Minh City, the proposed Safari Vung Tau sits on 611 hectares of land facing the South China Sea and bordered by the Binh Chau-Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve on the north side.

Divided into six key components, the master plan will include residential zone (villas and clubhouses), commercial zone (retail area, hotel and cultural-themed buildings), recreational zone (safari, entertainment park and water park), promenade & coastal green buffer, centralised green & water feature and road & infrastructures. To be developed by one of Vietnam’s leading developers, Novaland, the master plan will eventually transform a once-sleepy beach town into a thriving and bustling modern waterfront development.

Appropriating the best site potentials, the master plan also incorporating the existing main trunk road and two water bodies in the development proposal. The lakes will be part and parcel of the exclusive villas area. Both Binh Chau and Ho Coc beaches were also retained and upgraded for the waterfront promenade area.

More than just an eco-tourism resort, the Safari Vung Tau is an integrated development fulfilling today’s lifestyle, for both leisure and commercial activities. It is also anticipated as a preferred modern living place, inspired by the surrounding nature and tropical design, imbued with the elements of unique Vietnamese architecture.
