Set amidst the entertainment and shopping belt of Bukit Bintang, the proposed Berangan Serviced Apartment is another modern living and urban lifestyle residences to be developed in the environs. Soaring above 33-storey, the tower block that is situated on Jalan Berangan is for those who are keen on big city living with all the lifestyle conveniences within reach, especially for the travellers and working adults.

Sits on a narrow parcel of land measuring about 0.4 acres; it had presented a challenging task in accommodating the design brief by the client. The brief called for a design of 108 units of serviced apartment, recreational facilities with F&B deck and parking podium.

The double volume lobby welcomes the guests entering from the side entrance drop-off.  A number of retail and F&B lots are also provided on the ground and mezzanine floors, to be connected via escalators. The ground floor area will be functioning as a public zone, thus allowing visitors to visit the retail establishments.

The modern living and urban lifestyle are further translated into the façade design of the building. The streamlined design of the reflective wall with earth colour glass is finished along with steel cladding and steel mesh materials of grey hues. The open and double volume amenities floor at Level 9 with infinity pool and viewing deck becomes a transition point between the car park podium below and the apartment units above.
