To be developed as an upmarket medical lifestyle hub right in the city centre, the IHC Seasons Residences is envisaged to be a new kind of medical facility with lifestyle amenities in the vicinity. Apart from its state-of-the-art medical suite, the development will consist of retail spaces, a management office, serviced apartment units, and exclusive residential units.

The single tower block sits strategically on Jalan Kia Peng, a stone’s throw away from the KLCC precinct and also adjoining the Bukit Bintang district. Defined by its modern exterior look, the façade emphasised the building lifestyle functions, with recreational amenities on the middle floor for residential and serviced apartments and an open garden on the rooftop floor for penthouses.
