Located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang district, Nova Square is a mixed development of three tower blocks comprising 1,838 units of luxurious serviced apartment in a total of 82 storeys, a ballroom and 12 storeys podium car park.  Easily accessible via nearby major roads, the site is also well-connected with a plethora of public transportation networks.

This project was done in collaboration with the Ministry of Design (MoD), Singapore, which had conceptualised the design. Portraying a sleek and with interlocking planes of block façade, the outer look of Nova Square is dominated by the whitewash of reflective glass. By nighttime, it turns into a scattered pattern of light lines, thus highlighting its surrounding site as an entertainment hub.

Despite its proximity to the best of the city’s shopping, dining and nightlife scenes, the development provides a tranquil sanctuary from the pace of the hustle and bustle with its well-designed amenities. Every serviced apartment block is equipped with an exclusive and private recreation deck consisting of a swimming pool and full other amenities.

Leveraging the panoramic view of the city, a rooftop sky lounge at Level 82 will be the distinct feature of the development, to be complemented by a swimming pool, bar and spa facilities. Similar facilities will also be provided at Levels 12 and 78, respectively, catered to the occupants of other tower blocks.
