Spanning over 383 acres of sloping and green lands in Rawang, Selangor, the proposed The Valley Hill is set to become the new township epicentre of Rawang. The booming of new and modern townships in Rawang is driven largely by its easy accessibility via major highways, i.e. North-South Highway, LATAR Expressway, federal trunk roads and the KTM Commuter train line.

Comprising two plots of land, the master planning is factored by the existing land contour and road connection. Two major spine roads are created linking the existing Persiaran Rawang 1 and Jalan Persiaran Pelangi roads, providing two entrances to the township area, with a separate entrance for youth transit homes development.

The land zonings of The Valley Hill can be identified as commercial, residential, institutional and recreational areas, with most land areas are used for residential. The residential zones are divided into several housing types which are the apartment, terrace, semi-detached, townhouse and youth transit homes.

The bustling zones of commercial stretch are placed alongside the two main arterial roads, centrally located in the development for ease of access to all residents. In comparison, the recreational zones are primarily placed in the sloping area of the northeast parcel, where a future green lung area is proposed, with possible pedestrian trail and linkages from the commercial core area. The remaining institutional zones constitute public buildings and schools are tucked in between the commercial and residential areas.
