First Offline BIM Sharing Session with UiTM Students
In the pursuit of disseminating knowledge and advocating BIM technology, the Head of BIM was invited to the first-ever offline/face-to-face session of the year. After so many sessions were conducted virtually, Ts. Muhammad Hazim was given a space and platform to interact with the architecture students of UiTM in this 3-hour session.
Held at FSPU Computer Lab in UiTM Puncak Alam, Selangor, Ts. Hazim’s presentation was entitled “How does BIM Technology shape Architectural Practice and Construction Industry?”, as he shared his experience and insights into leveraging BIM. The session continued with a demonstration using Virtual Reality (VR) and a Q&A session by the students themselves.
The session has given some of the valuable practitioner’s input to the students, as it will greatly help their adaptation to the technology once they join the workforce later. Wishing the best of luck to the students in their architectural education journey!
