For the first time ever, an in-house Health Screening Programme (HSP) was held for all staff members of NRY Architects. Organised by the Human Resource Department, the programme was held under the purview of the Social Security Organisation (SOCSO or PERKSESO) through the monthly contribution from each employee.

In collaboration with Reddy Clinic Jalan Ipoh, the programme that commenced at 9 am involving several eligible staff members, especially those who are 40 years old and above. Several health tests were conducted, including the Full Blood Count (FBC), HbA1c, Fasting Lipid Profile, Renal Function Test, Liver Function Test, Tumour Marker (CEA & AFP), Urine FEME, Pap Smear (For Female) and Mammogram (For Female).

After performing each test, participants had a chance for a one-to-one consultation session with the assigned doctor, to get to know more about their test results. The health screening programme was introduced by the Government through SOCSO with the purpose of promoting healthy lifestyles and identifying high risk groups of workers with non-communicable diseases.
