NRY Architects has been constantly on the radar of many construction materials and product suppliers. An international building automation system (BAS) manufacturer from Spain, Robotbas has come over to NRY Architects to share their Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) to optimise rooms, room consumptions and increase services efficiency as housekeeping and maintenance, especially in the hospitality industry.

Robotbas also talked Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor and control the overall building/hotel facilities (lighting, climate systems, chillers, pumps, technical alarms, etc), as the Robotbas representative, Mr Mikel Cardaba has also brought a mobile control panel as part of the demonstration during the session.

The session that was held on 23rd June 2022 in Conference Room 1 during the lunch hour has intrigued around 15 architects to participate in the session. Lunch sets were also provided by Deltaprise, as the KESS session host is also the local distributor of Robotbas. The session has given a new insight, particularly on the latest BAS, BMS and GRMS technology.
