NRY Architects’ staff recently embarked on an unforgettable outdoor escapade to Taman Negara Pahang, one of the oldest rainforests in the world. The two-day trip was organized by the staff’s sports club, NRY CREWS, that was held from 17^th to 18^th June 2023. It was overwhelmingly participated by passionate NRY Architects staff who trekked through towering trees, experienced gushing rivers, and encountered vibrant wildlife.

The group began their journey with a boat ride down the Tembeling River, where they saw a variety of wildlife, including birds and riverine fishes. They also stopped at an Orang Asli village, where they learned about the traditional way of life of the local Orang Asli people.

The next day, the staff embarked on another jungle trek. They hiked through the rainforest, taking in the sights and sounds of the lush vegetation. They also learned about the rainforest’s exotic flora and fauna along the way. The trip concluded with a campfire-like gathering at their accommodation chalets. They also reflected on their experiences and how they had bonded as a team.
